Dear Friend:
Welcome to Secrets of Catering,
My name is James Amwell and am an expert at showing people how to start
their own catering business. Do you love food, really love cooking, and
all your friends, family, and co-workers are telling you how great your
food is?
Why haven't you turned your TALENTS into a business?
Could it be lack of confidence? That's not a reason, that's an excuse.
Everybody has been telling you that you're a great cook.
I know, it must be the money. It's too expensive to start a home
catering business. That's another excuse. YOU ALREADY HAVE ALL THE
EQUIPMENT in your kitchen.
The fear most people have is they think they have to start by buying a
restaurant, renting a building, or buying expensive catering equipment
to do the cooking. Not true. Start with small parties 10, 15 or 20
people. You can do this right from your house or apartment.
So where do you start?
About six years ago my close friend Jack, who had been working in the
same restaurant for over 10 years, decided it was time to live his
dream and start working for himself. He got together with his
girlfriend Patty who also had been working at the same restaurant, for
over 13 years.
They talked it over and decided to make a go of it. After all, what was
the worst that could happen? If it didn't work out they can always go
back to the restaurant business.
So they started out small, spreading the word, catering to small
parties 10 to 20 people. As they grew they started catering larger
parties 30 to 35 people.
Now realizing they were out growing their kitchen space. They started
to get concerned. In order for them to do any parties bigger than 35 or
40 people they would have to find another place. There was no way they
could afford to open a small restaurant and cater. Renting a small
store was out of the question. The cost of the equipment he would have
to purchase was too expensive.
The solution was easy but not obvious ...
Jack with his creative mind went into a steak house one day where he
used to work. The steak house was only open from 5 to 11 pm and had
seating for about 90 people with a bar. Jack and Patty sat down with
Frank and Sally the owners of the steak house.
Jack knowing the restaurant was closed at 1am, and that the cleaning
crew was gone by 2:30am, knew the kitchen staff didn't start arriving
till 2pm the following day. Jack proposed to Frank and Sally renting
the kitchen from 3am to 1pm. Sally seamed to get excited but Frank not
so much.
Jack then proposed to Frank utilizing the restaurant in the day time
for private parties and he would pay him a percentage of the profit .
That got Frank's attention.
Lets face facts, there's only to kinds of people in the world:
1) The dreamer who is a procrastinator, you know the one that say's
some day I'll own my own business. I think I'll work on that tomorrow.
The problem with these people is tomorrow never comes, you go to bed,
get up in the morning, and it's now today and your going to do it
tomorrow.
2) The dreamer who takes the risk of making his dream a reality. This
is the person that starts planning today. Now let me help you out with

Find other ZORGIUM pages using AZ.COM:
Enter your search keyword(s) into the search input field of

The zorgium specific results appear in the right hand margin.
Find other ZORGIUM pages using your favorite search engine:
Enter your search keyword(s) and the keyword "zorgium" into the search input field of
http://bing.com,
http://yahoo.com or
http://google.com.
Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
